“I believe that,” Reid said, underscoring his faith in the team. He doubled down on their competitive mentality, adding, “We’re going to try to tickle your tonsils on every play, every game. That’s the attitude we’re coming in with.”
But beyond the aggression and belief, Reid knows the biggest obstacle to Kansas City Chiefs’ comeback is internal — their own mistakes. In his most telling remark of the season, he emphasized, “We’ve got to make sure that we get rid of some of these mistakes.”
