The streets of Ahmedabad on October 14 (Saturday) turned into a sea of supporters, all of whom hollered, cheered, sang, danced and prayed for Team India's success in the match against arch-rivals Pakistan. Spectacular scenes were captured on camera and the videos instantly went viral on social media when the bus with Indian cricketers departed from the hotel for the Narendra Modi Stadium. En route stadium, the Indian team bus travelled on the road which was flooded with fans on the streets trying to catch a glimpse of the superstars.

Coming back to the high-voltage contest between India and Pakistan, both teams come into this game on the back of strong performances in their opening World Cup 2023 matches.
