Indian batting maestro Virat Kohli is hailed as one of the greatest players in cricket history. Apart from his batting prowess, his humours, wittiness, and charisma are some of his other traits that never fail to win the hearts of fans. During a recent segment for Puma India, Virat's unpredictable response to Dinesh Karthik's question left their Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) teammates in splits.

Virat Kohli and Dinesh Karthik along with Faf du Plessis, Mohammed Siraj, and Rajat Patidar were part of a segment for Puma India called ‘Know your teammate’. In the video, Karthik was hosting and asking rest of the players questions about him. 

 

The first question was about Karthik's favourite sportsperson outside cricket. Virat was too quick to respond and said “Your wife”. This even caught Dinesh Karthik off-guard and he responded by saying “It is a great answer for sure.”

Dinesh Karthik's wife Dipika Pallikal is a national-level squash player and has represented India. Virat picked on this fact again during the segment when Karthik asked what will be his hobby after this season of IPL and Kohli replied by saying ‘playing squash’.

 

RCB eye to end losing streak

 

Royal Challengers Bengaluru is currently on a five-match losing streak. Their last loss came against SRH in a high-scoring thriller. Hyderabad batting first posted the highest score in IPL history and posted 287/3 in 20 overs with the help of Travis Head's maiden IPL ton.

 

In response, RCB managed to post 262 runs at the loss of 7 wickets but lost the match by 25 runs. They are now in a position where they need to win each and every game. Their next clash is against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Eden Gardens, on Sunday. This will be the second clash between the two sides in this season, the first one was won by KKR.
