LeBron James Smashes Record Of Scoring Most 30 Points, Goes Past Michael Jordan

King James has soared to the top of yet another chart. He is now the player with the most 30-pointers in the history of the NBA. He leapfrogged none other than Michael Jordan to make history. However, Jordan may keep the bragging rights as he set the record in 1072 games over 15 seasons, whereas James reached the same pinnacle after 1,523 appearances in over 22 seasons.

After going past the figure of MJ, LeBron James expressed delight and defined the accomplishment as "super-cool", since he has done one better than the player he has idolized.

"It´s very humbling," James said. "Anytime I´m mentioned with any of the greats, and arguably the greatest ever to play the game, super-cool. It´s someone I idolized in my childhood, and I wear 23 because of him. So to know that I can sit here and be in the room or in the conversation or whatever it is, you mention MJ, it's like super-duper dope for me, being a kid where I´m from."
