OUT! LBW! Mahedi Hasan gets his second wicket! This is full and fired in, sliding into the batter with the arm, on the middle stump line. Kusal Perera tries to be extra adventurous and again goes for the reverse sweep. He misses to connect and is beaten by the pace, getting rapped on the pads. A pleading appeal for LBW, but not given. Litton Das sends this upstairs for a review. UltraEdge detects nothing, and the Ball Tracking shows three reds. That looked pretty straight in real time as well. One shot too many for Kusal Perera as he departs for a run-a-ball 9. Sri Lanka are 123/3 and need 17 to win from 7.3 overs.

Mustafizur Rahman runs and dives to his right to snaffle a clean catch. A forgetful outing for Dasun Shanaka comes to an end. Struggled with the ball and could not see his side through to the win. Departs on 1 (3) and Sri Lanka are 126/4, needing 14 more runs to win.

JUST IN! A bit casual in the last couple of overs by Sri Lanka! Good-length delivery, around off. Charith Asalanka leans back and taps it to the extra cover region and calls his partner through for a single. Mahedi Hasan is quick to pick the ball and releases a direct hit to the bowler's end, with Asalanka forced to drag the bat to get in. The replay shows that Charith has cleanly dragged the bat inside the crease, before the stumps were hit. NOT OUT!

SIX! WHOA! That has been BLUDGEONED! Into the slot, full and on middle, Charith Asalanka gets the bat under the ball and swings it mightily over deep mid-wicket for a huge six.

DONE AND DUSTED! Sri Lanka have defeated Bangladesh by six wickets with 32 balls to spare, giving their net run rate a significant boost. Short and outside off, Kamil Mishara punches it towards cover, where Rishad Hossain makes a fumble and lets the ball go through his hands towards sweeper cover. Both batters run the first one hard and push each other for the second after sensing an opportunity where the deep cover fielder gets a bit late, and even he has fumbled to his left, which allowed the batters to complete second run in time. It was a pretty one-sided affair.
