The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) treated cricket fans to a delightful glimpse into Team India's dressing room camaraderie. In a light-hearted video shared by BCCI, Shubman Gill, equipped with a microphone, engaged his teammates in a series of amusing conversations. The video commenced with Gill chatting with skipper Rohit Sharma, and subsequently, he posed questions to Mohammed Siraj, Suryakumar Yadav, and Ishan Kishan.

During the conversation, Shubman Gill probed Rohit Sharma about the batting order and specifically, the position of all-rounder Shardul Thakur. Gill's query revolved around why Shardul Thakur had been slated to bat before KL Rahul in a recent match. Rohit Sharma disclosed that Shardul was originally designated to go in to bat immediately after the wicket of Shreyas Iyer fell, but due to certain circumstances, he couldn't take the crease at that moment.

When asked if Shardul would get a chance to bat soon, Rohit expressed confidence in Shardul's ability as a big-match player.

In another amusing segment of the video, Suryakumar Yadav urged Gill to edit the video before uploading it. This got his teammates bursting in laughter as Ishan Kishan playfully leapt onto his Mumbai Indians teammate, Suryakumar, eliciting a burst of laughter from the room.

Earlier on the same day, the BCCI had shared a separate video capturing the jubilant scenes within the Indian dressing room following their convincing victory over Bangladesh on October 19th. The players exuberantly celebrated as the 'Best Fielder' award was presented in a unique and exciting manner. The fierce competition for the accolade was primarily between Ravindra Jadeja and KL Rahul, both known for their breathtaking catches. Ultimately, Jadeja emerged victorious, clinching the award.

The match itself was a classic Virat Kohli run chase, as India secured a seven-wicket win against Bangladesh at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune during an ODI World Cup clash. Kohli showcased exceptional game awareness, seamlessly switching between precise cover drives and a century. KL Rahul proved to be his partner-in-crime, providing crucial support. Kohli's unbeaten 103 runs off 97 balls delighted fans, fulfilling their wishes for a stellar performance.

Shubman Gill contributed 53 runs from 55 balls, featuring five fours and two sixes, while Shreyas Iyer managed 19 runs from 25 balls on a pitch seemingly ideal for batting. Captain Rohit Sharma once again provided India with a blazing start, scoring 48 runs off 40 balls.
