Suryakumar Yadav was hit by a ball while taking throw downs during India's practice session, Sports Tak reported. However, he was back in the nets moments after applying magic spray. He was later also seen sitting in the shade, applying an ice pack on his right hand to comfort the pain. However, this was an optional practice session but despite it each and every member of the squad showed up and sweated it out ahead of the Super 8s. As for now, it was just a minor injury scare and Surya is fit to play the next match.
