Team India lost a Test series against New Zealand.

India will travel to Australia for five Test match series.

Rohit Sharma-led India is currently playing in a three-match series against New Zealand, where the Kiwis have already sealed the series 2-0. The third Test match between India and New Zealand will be played at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai from November 1 to 4. After finishing this series against Blackcaps, the Rohit Sharma-led side will travel to Australia for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. 

Team India will play five Test matches against Australia starting November 22. BCCI has already announced the India squad for the iconic series, and young speedster Harshit Rana will most likely make his Test debut. 

In the exclusive conversation with Sports Tak, Harshit Rana revealed his plans for the Australia Test series. 

"What I have thought is that fast bowlers get help. I have to keep up with the other performances. But my preparation was very good" said Harshit Rana

Harshit who was part of India's reserve in the New Zealand Test series reckoned that staying with the team gave them experience of what an international match is like.
 

"It's a very good thing that he was keeping us as a reserve player. When we play with the team, we experience the same things. We get to experience what an international match is like" added Rana. 

 

 

Harshit Rana who was part of the Indian Premier League (IPL) defending Champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) said that he didn't anything know about the retention list for IPL 2025.  

 "We'll see what happens tomorrow. We'll see what happens" added Harshit.
