Cricket South Africa announced the revised schedule for India series. The tour which was scheduled to kick off from December 17 will now commence from December 26. The first two Test matches will start at 1:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST) and the third will begin at 2 PM IST.
It was initially decided that Johannesburg will be the venue of the first test match but now Centurion has been selected to hold the first Test match.
The second Test match will be played at Johannesburg from January 3 to January 7 and Newlands Stadium in Cape Town will host the final Test match from January 11.
After the Test matches India will take on the Proteas in a three-match ODI series. Paarl will hold the first two ODIs of the series. First ODI match will take place on January 19 and the second ODI will be staged two days later. The third and final ODI of the series is going to be played at Cape Town on January 23.
