WI vs IND, 4th T20I Weather Report: Bright blue skies to welcome India and West Indies players in Florida

SportsTak

India and West Indies are set to lock horns in the fourth T20I in Lauderhill, Florida on August 12 (Saturday). With the series tantalisingly placed at 2-1 in Windies' favour, the upcoming match cannot be of any higher stakes for Hardik Pandya-led Men in Blue. After the Men in Maroon won the opening two contests, India made a comeback into the series by winning the third game in a commanding fashion.

The series offers the Men in Blue a chance to prepare for the following year's T20 World Cup, which is scheduled to be staged in the Caribbean and the U.S.A. Several youngsters are part of the T20I squad and the 4th T20I will present another golden opportunity for them to make a solid case for their selection moving forward.

Weather forecast

Throughout the ongoing India tour of the West Indies, the rain has played spoilsport on more than one occasion in the Caribbean. But now both teams are in America and it looks like players are likely to enjoy bright blue skies as the chances of rain are slim. According to the weather forecast, there is less than a 10 percent chance of showers on match day (Saturday) which is an ominous sign for cricket fans.

Historically, the pitch at Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground in Lauderhill has proven to be a batter's paradise. And with rain likelihood to stay away, fans might be in for a high-scoring fixture as both teams boast enough ammunition to destroy any bowling attack.
