Shubman Gill-led Indian cricket team is set to take on Sikandar Raza's Zimbabwe in the first T20I of the five-match series at the Harare Sports Club in Harare, on July 6 (Saturday). This is Gill's first assignment as the Indian captain and we would try to make the most of this situation. This is also India's first assignment after their win in the T20 World Cup 2024 and they will be playing this series as the T20 World Champions. On the other hand, Zimbabwe who failed to qualify for the mega tournament would have a lot to prove in this home series against the home series. All of the matches of this series will be played at the same venue in Harare.
