Rajasthan Royals' star batter Jos Buttler, with an unassailable lead, continued to sit on pole position in the Orange Cap race as he has amassed a colossal 588 runs in a total of 10 matches so far in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL).
Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) skipper KL Rahul is hot on Buttler's heels to grab the second spot. After playing 10 matches, Rahul has mustered 451 runs at an average of 56.38 with two hundreds and as many fifties. Following him is Punjab Kings' Shikhar Dhawan who has scored 369 runs in 10 matches while Sunrisers Hyderabad's Abhishek Sharma, who has accumulated 324 runs in nine matches secured fourth place.
Kolkata Knight Riders skipper Shreyas Iyer has garnered 324 runs in 10 matches at an average of 36 with two half-centuries to clinch fifth spot. Meanwhile Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Faf Du Plessis broke into top-10 to secure sixth spot with as many as 316 runs in a total of 11 matches.
