The 16th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) has proven to be as exciting as promised. With closely-fought matches and the new rules creating more challenges for the teams, a lot of the players have proven their worth, especially among the bowlers.

On Friday night, it was the spinners' moment in the sun during the match between the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), which the former won by five wickets in their home stadium, Ekana, in Lucknow. Leading the line was   Krunal Pandya's three wickets, but it was the youngster Ravi Bishnoi's one wicket that got the LSG player at the top of the Purple Cap rankings.
