One of the most talked-about players currently is Virat Kohli, who has been out of form in all formats and has faced a lot of support as well as criticism, and even some advice as well. Meanwhile, the batting star has been rested from the India team for the upcoming T20I and ODI series against West Indies. Kohli is slated to return to the side for the 2022 Asia Cup starting in August.

But despite his lean patch, Kohli has not stopped working on himself and his fitness, with the former India star posting a video of his 'Bhangra-style' exercises on social media, which is becoming viral as his many fans are also looking forward to his return form.

The 33-year-old Kohli shared this video on Instagram which showed the ace batter rigourously working out to Bhangra music. The video has Punjabi music playing in the background, with Kohli working on different sets to the beat of the music. Sharing this video, Kohli wrote the caption, 'Been pending for a long time, but it's never too late I guess.'

Virat Kohli and his bad phase
It has been almost three years since former skipper Kohli scored a century. His last one came in 2019 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, but since then, he has scored 2554 runs in 79 innings of 68 matches, including 24 half-centuries. He averaged 35.47 during this period, which is worse than his career average of 53.64. This is the reason that he is the talk of the town on social media.
