Portuguese phenomenon and worldwide superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo on March 18 (Saturday) rolled back the clock and produced a stunning free-kick goal as Al-Nassr scripted a famous 2-1 comeback win against Abha at Marsool Park in Riyadh in a crunch Saudi Pro League game. The five-time Ballon d'Or winner's individual brilliance brought Al-Nassr back into the contest and Ronaldo's celebration was a testament to how much it meant to him and his teammates.ย
Ronaldo produced the breathtaking moment at the 78th-minute mark from approximately 39 yards out when he hammered the ball into the back of the net. Ronaldo's strike perfectly found the gap between two defenders in the wall before the pace of the wonderous hit was too much to handle for the diving Abha goalkeeper. The 38-year-old miraculously picked out the bottom-left corner with his dipping effort and equalised for his team.

Earlier, Abdulfattah Adam's 26th-minute goal gave Abha the lead before Ronaldo's equaliser. With Abha down to 10 men after Zakaria Al Sudani picked up his second booking, Talisca's penalty completed the turnaround, seeing Al-Nassr beat the visitors for the second time in the space of four days after a victory in the Kings Cup in midweek.

"Great to get the win and so happy to score here in our stadium with our fans," Ronaldo posted on social media.

After struggling to find the back of the net in the last couple of games, Ronaldo finally got back to doing what he does best. The Portuguese talisman now has nine goals and two assists in eights appearance for Al-Nassr this season. Meanwhile, Al Nassr are second in the Pro League, a point behind Al Ittihad, who they lost to on March 9.
