F1 DEBATE: Is Red Bull's driver academy no longer serving its purpose?

In this video, we talk about how the Red Bull's Driver Academy has ruined or discarded the drivers from their ranks. There was a time when the Red Bull Driver Academy had lots of talent coming out but now it has reached a point where the team is being ruthless with the drivers. Ferrari and Mercedes have both done a good job with their drivers from the academy and groomed them well. Also, Red Bull should be thinking of selling their sister concern company Alphatauri.
