Tyler Reddick, the driver for 23XI Racing, the team owned by Michael Jordan shared his views on rival Kyle Larson and his Hendrick Motorsports team's run of success as the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs head into the Round of 8.

What did Tyler Reddick have to say?

Kyle Larson is currently leading the playoff standings as he has six wins to his name and sees himself 33 points ahead of every driver before this week's Las Vegas race. On top of it, Larson has led 1676 laps till now.

While talking to Fox Sports, Tyler Reddick mentioned about the competition in the playoffs.

"I think it’s so hard to predict in a one-race format, but certainly the way the 5 has performed, the 24 has performed, and the 20, they have been doing a really good job. Yeah, you would expect those three to find their way, and I think it’s on the other five of us to put together a solid round," Reddick said.

The drivers for Hendrick Motorsports see themselves in a comfortable spot during the qualifying for the South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Out of four drivers, three are firmly placed in the top ten. Alex Bowman takes the third spot, Larson finished fifth and William Byron is ninth overall.

"Unexpected things can take place but we'll just focus on what we do for our team," he added.

Tyler Reddick sees himself second overall as he clocked 185.261mph in 29.148 seconds.

What does Kyle Larson think about the upcoming Round of 8?

Kyle Larson is one of the contenders for the Championship 4. He also won his last two races at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. He won both the stages and led 133 of 267 laps in the playoff race back in 2023.

Ahead of this weekend's race, Larson spoke about the tough competition in the Round of 8.

"There’s a lot of wins and championships, and all that currently in the Round of 8. So yeah, it’s a tough group of teams and drivers. The cream has risen, and I think it’s going to be an ultra-competitive round just like every time, and it comes down to the final few laps at Martinsville," Larson said.

Kyle Larson managed to win last week's race at the Charlotte. His teammate Alex Bowman was disqualified but Larson and three other Chevy teammates are in the running. The following two races will be in the form of Homestead-Miami Speedway and Martinsville Speedway. The final race will take place at the Phoenix Raceway where four drivers will fight it out for the title.
