Asian Games 2023: Indian shooting contingent finish with record 22 medals as Kynan Chenai secures Bronze in 50m men's Trap individual event
India secured a medal in the final shooting event of the Asian Games 2023, taking the tally to 42 medals for India. The shooting contingent also finished with 22 medals, their best-event performance.
Chenai finished ahead of compatriot Zorawar Sandhu, as China's Qi Yang and Kuwait's Al Rashidi went on to win Gold and Silver respectively.
Indian trap shooter Kynan Chenai finished third in the 50m men's Trap individual event as the shooting contingent completed their Asian Games campaign with 22 medals in their kitty. Chenai finished ahead of compatriot Zorawar Sandhu, as China's Qi Yang and Kuwait's Al Rashidi went on to win Gold and Silver respectively.
