Mohammed Siraj's robust track record with new ball will leave you stunned

Team India's star pacer Mohammad Siraj put up a show with the ball in the first ODI against Australia on Friday (March 18).

Mohammad Siraj bowled a superb spell of 3/29 to break Australia's back.

Siraj gave India the early breakthrough in form of Australia opener Travis Head.

Siraj is know for doing wonders with the new ball as he has snared a total of 26 wickets in the powerplay in 21 ODIs since 2021.

None of the bowler has managed to Siraj's success with the new ball as no one has taken more than 15 wickets.

After a poor show with the ball in IPL 2022, Siraj made a stunning comeback to prove his bowling prowess.

Talking about the match, riding on Siraj and Shami's exceptional spells India reduced Australia to mere 188 and then chased down the target with five wickets to spare.

Riding on his robust performance Siraj became no.1 ODI bower. He has taken a total of 41 wickets in 22 ODIs since his debut in 2019.
