Team India's first assignment of 2023 is against Sri Lanka. The T20I series will begin on January 03.
Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are not a part of India's T20I squad for Sri Lanka series.

Spinners: Axar Patel and Washington Sundar are the front-runners to secure a place in the XI as spinners. Both Axar and Washington can contribute with the bat.
Fast bowlers: Arshdeep Singh, Harshal Patel and Umran Malik are like to be India's pace-bowling troika in 1st T20I versus Sri Lanka.
