Team India began its 2023 season on a positive note on January 03 (Tuesday), defeating Sri Lanka by two runs in the 1st T20I.
In the 2nd T20I, India suffered a 16-run defeat in Pune as Sri Lanka leveled the series 1-1.
Hardik Pandya-led India will cross swords against Sri Lanka in the 3rd and deciding T20I on January 07 (Saturday).
Ahead of the 3rd T20I in Rajkot, we look at India's probable playing XI.
Openers: Ishan Kishan will open the innings with Shubman Gill despite the latter's sub-par display in the first two games.
Middle-order: Suryakumar Yadav, Rahul Tripathi, Hardik and Deepak Hooda are likely to be India's batters in middle order.
Spinners: Yuzvendra Chahal might be replaced by Washington Sundar with Axar Patel being the other spinner.
Fast bowlers: Shivam Mavi, Umran Malik and Arshdeep Singh, are likely to be India's pace-bowling troika in 3rd T20I versus Sri Lanka.
