April 11, 2023 M Chinnaswamy stadium hosted one of the most memorable T20 matches of all time on April 10 (Monday).
Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) registered a nerve-jangling one-wicket win on the last ball of the game against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Needing one run off the final delivery of the match, LSG secured the win in a bizarre fashion.
RCB needed to defend five runs off the final over with Harhal Patel with the ball.
But Harshal failed to defend the score and RCB ended up losing their second game of the season.
Only three captains in the IPL have lost two matches while defending a score of 200 or more runs.
Two Royal Challengers Bangalore skippers are part of the unwanted list.
Faf du Plessis, Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni are the only captains to lose twice while defending 200+ scores in IPL.
