Ishan Kishan is likely to replace Rahul in the playing XI.
The left-handed batter will bat in the middle order, probably at No.5.
KS Bharat is also in the squad as a wicketkeeper-batter option but Kishan is likely to get the nod.
Washington Sundar or Shahbaz Ahmed will replace Axar Patel in the playing XI.
