KL Rahul's unflattering form: Force against small teams, phus against big ones

KL Rahul scored just five runs against England in the semifinal match against India.

This comes after the opener smashed half-centuries against Zimbabwe and Bangladesh in the Super 12.

But apart from this, Rahul has heavily underperformed against the bigger teams.

His scoreline against Pakistan, Netherlands, South Africa and England read — 4, 9, 9, 5.

This reiterates Rahul's ineptitude against the bigger opposition.

India and England battle it out for a place in the final where the winner will face Pakistan.

And if India make it to the final, his contribution will play a key role for India.
