India thrashed Australia by six wickets in the second Test in Delhi on Sunday (February 19).

Ravindra Jadeja yet again dazzled with the ball to rattle Australia's batting line-up.

Jadeja bowled exceptional spells of 7/42 and 3/68 in the second and first innings of the second Test respectively.

While Jadeja has been a revelation with the ball in Tests at home, his batting performances have improved drastically since 2018.

Till 2017, Jadeja scored 1,176 runs in 52 Test innings at an average of 29.40. 

He registered eight half-centuries but failed to score a century in Tests till 2017. 

Since 2018, Jadeja has scored 1,443 runs in 39 Test innings at an average of 46.50. 


In the same time frame, the left-handed batter has scored 10 fifties and three centuries.


Jadeja has scored 96 runs in two innings in the ongoing series against Australia so far.
