Rishabh Pant opened the batting for India in the 2nd T20I against New Zealand.

The left-handed batter once again failed to impress with the willow and was dismissed cheaply.

Pant scored six runs off 13 balls with the help of one boundary before taking the long walk back to the dressing room.

Let's take a look at Indian batters with worst batting strike rate in T20Is after 50 innings.

Pant has a strike rate of 125.77 in T20Is, which is the worst for any Indian batter after 50 innings.

MS Dhoni ended his T20I career with a strike rate of 126.13.

Opening batter Shikhar Dhawan has a strike rate of 126.36 in T20Is.

For some strange reason, Pant has failed to take T20I cricket by storm.
