While Gill left Zaman behind in race to 500, the Pakistan batter holds the record for fastest to 1,000 ODI runs from 18 innings.
Pakistan opener Imam-ul-Haq is the second on the list. The southpaw crossed the 1,000-run mark in ODIs from 19 innings.
