Tim Southee leapfrogs Chris Cairns to grab sensational ODI feat

Tim Southee and Lockie Ferguson were the pick of the bowlers for New Zealand in the 1st ODI against India on Friday.

Southee, with a spell of 3/73 became the fourth New Zealand bowler to take the most wickets in ODIs. Meanwhile, Ferguson returned with a bowling figure of 3/59.

New Zealand's legendary spinner Daniel Vettory snared 297 wickets in ODIs, which is the most by any Kiwi player.
