Star India batter makes exclusive list his own after latest accolades

Virat Kohli is in prime form in the T20 World Cup, with his 246 runs the most by a batter in the marquee tournament.

He has three half-centuries to his name and was rewarded for his performances with the ICC Player of the Month for October 2022.

With this, the former Indian skipper becomes the first player to win 10 ICC Awards in his career.

His first awards were the Cricketer of the Decade 2010s and the ODI Cricketer of the Decade 2010s.

He also won the Cricketer of the Year in 2017 and 2018, with the 2018 Test Cricketer of the Year award as well!

Virat Kohli was also named the ODI Cricketer of the Year in 2012, 2017, and 2018.

In 2019, Kohli was given the Spirit of Cricket award, in which the ICC recognises the player most notable for “upholding the ‘Spirit of the Game’”.

Kohli will be proud of his performances but not let it get to his head as they still have to play England in the semis on Thursday, November 10.
