Pakistan and New Zealand will lock horns in the first semi-final of the 2022 T20 World Cup.

The high-voltage semi-final clash will take place at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) on November 09 (Wednesday).

Let's take a look at three underrated Kiwi players that can surprise Pakistan in the semi-final.

Daryl Mitchell is capable of turning the match on its head through his destructive stroke-making ability. In last year's semis, he scored 72 not out in just 47 balls against England.

Mitchell has played 38 T20Is in his career so far, scoring 713 runs in the process at a strike rate of 138.70.

Finn Allen surprised Australia with his breathtaking display with the bat. The right-handed opener can unleash hell on Pakistan's pace battery in the powerplay.

Allen has scored 560 runs in 22 T20Is at a stunning strike rate of 165.70.

Mitchell Santner maintains a low-key profile but the all-rounder is a match-winner for New Zealand. The left-arm spinner has bagged the most wickets (8) for NZ in 2022 T20 World Cup.
