India defeated Nepal by 23 runs in Asian Games quarter-final.

Yashasvi Jaiswal scored his maiden T20I hundred for India in the match against Nepal.

Ravi Bishnoi and Avesh Khan bagged three wickets each with the ball.

Tilak Varma had a forgettable outing as the left-handed batter could just score two runs off 10 balls.

The left-handed batter secured an unwanted record after scoring 2 runs off 10 balls.

Tilak registered the lowest strike-rate for India in men's T20I innings (for batters who faced minimum 10 balls).

Ishan Kishan had also registered a strike rate of 20 against West Indies in 2022. He also scored 2 runs off 10 balls.

Tilak would look to redeem himself when India plays their semi-final match.
