New Zealand pacer Tim Southee created history during the ongoing Test series vs England.

He became the first bowler from his country to bag 700 wickets in international cricket!

Southee did so when he took the wicket of Ben Duckett.

He has overtaken the likes of Richard Hadlee and Daniel Vettori, who were initially atop this list.

The other premier Kiwi bowler Trent Boult is fourth on the list, behind Vettori and Hadlee.

He has 578 wickets in international cricket to his name.

Southee played a key role with New Zealand when the side won the inaugural World Test Championship final vs India.

Now the Test skipper, Southee has been tasked with rejuvenating his country's reputation in Test cricket.
