Virat Kohli played an incredible knock of 121 runs on Day 2 of the the second Test match against West Indies.

Riding on the robust century, Kohli surpassed Sunil Gavaskar to achieve a special feat on foreign soil.

Let's have a look at the list of Indian batters who have scored 4000 Test runs on foreign soil.

Sachin Tendulkar tops the list with 6247 Test runs abroad.

Rahul Dravid comes second in the list with 5895 Test runs on foreign soil.

Then comes VVS Laxman who amassed 4105 Test runs abroad.

With 4045 Test runs on foreign soil, Kohli comes 5th in the list.

But Kohli has now overtaken Gavaskar, who had 3868 Test runs on foreign soil.
