Gautam Gambhir scored 75 runs in the final against Pakistan. He is now a BJP MP.
Irfan's elder brother Yusuf Pathan scored 15 runs in 8 balls. Now he is now playing in legend leagues.
Robin Uthappa could only score 8 runs in the final. After retiring from international cricket, he is currently a commentator.
Yuvraj Singh scored only 14 in the final but was exceptional throughout the inaugural T20 World Cup.
Indian captain MS Dhoni was dismissed in the final match after scoring just 6 runs. He is still captaining CSK in the IPL.
Rohit Sharma scored 30 runs in 16 balls in the final. After shining for the team, he is now the captain of Team India.
Irfan Pathan was the player of the match of the final. He took 3 wickets for 16 runs in 4 overs.
Joginder Sharma, who bowled the last over in the final, did not have a long cricket career and is currently a DSP in Haryana Police.
Harbhajan Singh gave away 36 runs in 3 overs in the final. Bhajji is currently a Rajya Sabha MP and a commentator as well.
RP Singh also took three wickets in the final. He is a presence in the commentary box now.
Sreesanth took a wicket in the final and the important catch of Misbah-ul-Haq. He has now retired from cricket.
