WPL: Oldest cricketers who will participate in Women's Premier League

February 12, 2023 The stage is set for the Women's Premier League's (WPL) auction 2023 which will be held in Mumbai on February 13 where a total of 409 players will participate.
Women cricketers from all across the world including Indian players will take part in the glitzy auction. Five franchises will be breaking banks to rope in their favourite players.
Let's take a look at the list of oldest players and their nationality who will be appearing in the Women's Premier League.
India's 41-year-old Latika Kumari is the oldest to participate in the WPL auction as she played T20Is for Women in Blue from 2009 and 2014.
The 40-year-old Precious Marange of Zimbabwe is second in the list as she has played seven ODIs and 39 T20Is.
Ireland's Mary Waldron, who is 38-year-old, is third in the list as she has played 53 ODIs and 84 T20Is.
Sri Lanka's Inoka Ranaweera and Udeshika Prabodhani, New Zealand's Samantha Barriball, England's Katherine Brunt and India's Ekta Bisht are next in the 37-year-old's club.
Players like Alyssa Healy, Ellyse Perry, Harmanpreet Kaur, Suzie Bates who fall in the age category between 31 to 36, will also participate in the WPL auction.
