Here, we take a look at the seven-most valuable players in the English Premier League:
Phil Foden: Manchester City
Foden has become a very good player at City this season. He excelled for England at the World Cup, also signing a new contract in October.
Reece James: Chelsea
James is Chelsea's equivalent of Foden, their most talented academy graduate and still only 23. Unlucky that he is currently injured.
Erling Haaland: Manchester City
With the potential to challenge Kylian Mbappe in the future, Erling Haaland is surely the form player in European football this season.
Kevin De Bruyne: Manchester City
De Bruyne is now 31, making him by some distance the oldest player in the top five, and endured a miserable World Cup.
Bukayo Saka: Arsenal
The biggest star of Arsenal's resurgence has been Saka, who then also starred at the World Cup alongside his England teammates.
Bruno Guimaraes: Newcastle United
An all-action number 6, Guimaraes has been linked to Real Madrid but appears committed to Newcastle.
Bruno Fernandes: Manchester United
PL's other Bruno only narrowly trails Guimaraes, with Fernandes set to be United's main man following Cristiano Ronaldo's departure.
