Lionel Messi breaks Ronaldo's European goal-scoring record

He also broke Ronaldo's goal-scoring record in Europe during the 1-1 draw.
Messi scored a solitary goal as PSG drew with Strasbourg on May 27.
It was his 496th career league goal, and a brilliant free-kick sealed the draw.
Meanwhile, Ronaldo had 495 goals to his name with Sporting, Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus.
Ronaldo left Manchester United to join Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League.
After guiding Argentina to the FIFA World Cup in 2022, he has now led PSG to the title.
However, Messi is 90 per cent leaving the club at the end of the current football season.
