January 24, 2023 Novak Djokovic charged into the quarterfinals of the Australian Open with a straight-sets demolition of Alex de Minaur.
He won the match 6-2, 6-1, 6-2 over the Australian tennis player.

He did the same previously during the years 2011 to 2014.
Djokovic equalled the record after his win against de Minaur.
He needs to win just one more match to equal the all-time men's record, currently held by Andre Agassi.
Below Djokovic, on number four is Ivan Lendl, who went 20 matches unbeaten from 1989 to 1991.
Fifth is Roger Federer, who went 19 matches unbeaten from 2006 to 2008.
