England’s win over New Zealand kept their SF hopes alive ahead of the final round of matches.

But with one match to go, no one team is yet confirmed as through to the semi-finals.

If New Zealand, England and Australia win their final matches then it will come down to Net RR.

With an excellent net run rate of +2.233, it is an advantage for New Zealand in the qualification race.

Australia’s -0.304 puts them on the back foot, but Aaron Finch’s side plays Afghanistan a day before England.

Playing the following day means England will know exactly what they require to qualify when they face Sri Lanka on Saturday.

The underdogs Ireland can mathematically still make it if they defeat New Zealand by a huge margin.
