List of Indian men's cricketers who retired in 2022

Year 2022 has been a year of retirement as umpteen star cricketers hung their boots. Indian cricketers are also among the retirees.

Atleast five star Indian cricketers drew curtain on their cricketing career. Let's take you through the list.

India's star batter Suresh Raina retired from all forms of cricket in the year 2022. He left international cricket in 2020.

Leg-spinner Rahul Sharma also announced retirement from cricket. He played in limited overs cricket for India and also represented Chennai and Pune in IPL.

Robin Uthappa also retired from cricket in 2022 including IPL. He was part of the triumphant Indian team in the 2007 T20 World Cup.

Speedster Ishwar Pandey also bid adieu to cricket. He won the Ranji Trophy this year with Madhya Pradesh. He could not play for India although he was in the Test squad on the tour of England in 2014.

Star Pacer S Sreesanth also called it quits to International cricket in 2022. Earlier he was playing domestic cricket but he has stopped playing that too.

Earlier in December, 2021, India's star cricketers Harbhajan Singh and Bipul Sharma had announced retirement from cricket.

Meanwhile, speculations were rife that Dinesh Karthik, R Ashwin might retire from T20 format but nothing of that sort has happened so far.
