The Netherlands thrashed Chile 14-0 in their final Pool C match of the Hockey World Cup in Bhubaneswar on Thursday.

The match began early for the Dutch with Janssen converting a penalty corner (PC) in the seventh minute itself.

In the second quarter, the Dutchmen upped the ante with four goals in eight minutes.

Chile, playing in their first World Cup, conceded a massive six goals in the third quarter and another three in the fourth.
