Cheteshwar Pujara scored a brilliant 91 for Saurashtra in the Ranji Trophy match against Andhra Pradesh.

However, despite Pujara's impressive knock Saurashtra went down to Andhra by 150-run.

With this Pujara became only the second Indian batter to amass 12000 First-Class runs in India.

Now, Pujara is only behind former India Test specialist Wasim Jaffer who scored 14,609 First-Class runs in India.

Not just this, Pujara has also scored the most runs for Saurashtra in First-Class matches. He has amassed 6507 runs decorated with 21 tons and 22 fifties.

Pujara will look to continue his form when India will take on Australia in the four-match Test series in February.

Pujara has a decent track record against Aussies in the longest format of the game.

Pujara has belted 1893 runs at a decent average of 54.08 in a total of 20 Tests against  Australia.
