India trounced Sri Lanka by 91 runs in the third T20I to clinch the series 2-1 in Rajkot.
Riding on the back of Suryakumar Yadav's incredible century Team India rocked Sri Lanka yet again.
With this victory, Team India went level with England's T20I record.
Talking about England's record, they have won 19 out of 29 matches against Pakistan in T20Is.
Now India have also won 19 out of 29 T20Is against Sri Lanka to equal England's record of claiming most victories against an opponent.
Team India has a good track record against Sri Lanka, especially at home.
India started off with a win in the three-match T20I series against Sri Lanka but crashed in the second tie. In the decider, they bounced back to claim the series.
After winning the T20I series, India will now play a three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka from January 10.
