Let's have a look at the list of cricketers who remained no.1 ODI batters for most consecutive years.



Former South Africa's star cricketer AB De Villiers remained no.1 ODI batter for straight four years from 2013 to 2016.



India's batting juggernaut Virat Kohli reigned as no.1 ODI batter for four years on the trot from 2017 to 2020.




Former Australia's star cricketer Michael Bevan remained no.1 ODI batter for consecutive three years from 2000 to 2002.



Former South Africa's star player Hashim Amla remained no.1 ODI batter for straight three years from 2010 to 2012.


Former India captain MS Dhoni was no.1 ODI batter for consecutive two years from 2008 to 2009.

Meanwhile, Pakistan captain Babar Azam continues his dominance as no.1 ODI batter for straight two years now, from 2021 to 2022.
