Virat Kohli needs 191 runs to become third batter to achieve this feat in ODI cricket

Virat Kohli ended his Test century drought in Ahmedabad Test. He will have a chance to reach another milestone in ODI series against Aussies

If Virat Kohli manages to score 191 runs in the three ODIs, he will become fifth batter to score 13,000 or more ODI runs

4 | Sri Lanka's Sanath Jayasuriya has scored 13,430 runs from 445 ODIs at an average of 32.36 including 28 centuries, 68 fifties

3 | Australia's Ricky Ponting has scored 13,704 runs from 375 ODIs at an average of 42.03 including 30 centuries and 82 fifties 

2 | Sri Lanka's Kumar Sangakkara has scored 14,234 runs from 404 ODIs at an average of 41.98 including 25 centuries and 93 fifties 

1 | Sachin Tendulkar is way ahead of others with 18,426 runs from 463 ODIs at an average of 44.83 including 49 centuries and 96 fifties

Virat Kohli also needs three more ODI centuries to equal Sachin Tendulkar’s record of most centuries in the format

Virat Kohli has scored 12.809 runs from 271 ODIs at an average of 57.69 including 46 centuries and 64 fifties
