Triple H insulted John Cena?

Triple H kicked off RAW this week by introducing John Cena in front of his hometown, Boston, for the one last time. As Cena addressed the fans, he was interrupted by Dominik Mysterio.

The two stars got involved in a heated argument, and throughout this entire ordeal, Triple H stayed in the ring. Many fans slammed him for staying in the ring on social media, and former WWE writer Vince Russo has also called it out.

On Vince Russo's The Brand, the veteran writer raised questions on Triple H's presence in the ring at such an emotional moment.

"When you know that moment comes when you need to give up the ring for whoever else is in there with you. This is like at the very pinnacle of when you need to step your big nose a** out of the freaking ring," he said.

Russo mentioned that people should understand leaving the ring at that time would have been a sign of respect.

"Like when you know, 'Okay, bro. It is time for me to exit because it is time for him to get his moment'....That's a respect thing. I don't think people understand that," he added.

Russo also mentioned that it would have been better if Cena's father had introduced him instead of Triple H, as it would have captured the emotion of the moment.
