India set to face Australia in five Tests.

Nathan Lyon's big warning to Indian team.

He said they have plan for all their batters.

According to veteran off-spinner Nathan Lyon, Australia intends to halt all of the Indian batters, not just Virat Kohli in the forthcoming five-match Test series in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Lyon stated that the Australian bowlers must be alert against an Indian batting lineup that is "full of superstars" when the first Test begins on November 22 at Perth Stadium.

"Not just Virat; we’ve got plans for all the batters. They are a side full of superstars, which is exciting. It’s a massive challenge for us, but we are looking forward to that. We will put some plans in place, making sure that our preparations are on spot. We will enjoy the next couple of days and get cracking on Friday," Lyon told the reporters.

With 1352 runs from 13 Test matches at an average of 54.08, six hundreds, and four fifties to his name, Kohli has a stellar record in Australia. In fact, Kohli scored his first Test century at the Adelaide Oval in January 2012 in Australia. The Aussies are prepared to take on the challenge of playing India in a thrilling environment, according to Lyon, who is one of the top wicket-takers in the red-ball format.

“Hopefully the support is going to be on Australia’s side. It’s going to be noisy, and the atmosphere is going to be great. We know what India bring to the table and so, it will be a massive challenge for us,” Lyon added.

Having taken 121 wickets from 27 Test matches, including two 10-wicket hauls and nine five-wicket hauls, Lyon relishes bowling against India. Lyon has taken 259 wickets in 67 Test matches while playing for Australia. After losing to India at home in 2018–19 and 2020–21, Australia will be trying to make amends.
