The moment transpired in the first innings when the Super Giants were batting. Ramandeep’s catch quickly became the highlight of the match and started trending on social media.

The notable catch happened in the fifth over bowled by Mitchell Starc. Deepak Hooda, batting for Lucknow, hit a powerful shot towards the point. Ramandeep, positioned perfectly, leaped into the air and made an extraordinary catch, dismissing Hooda who had scored eight runs off 10 balls. KKR strangle LSG at Eden Gardens

KKR managed to contain LSG to 161/7, thanks to Sunil Narine's tight bowling during the middle overs and Mitchell Starc's effective final over. Narine conceded only 17 runs in four overs, and Starc capped off the innings by taking two wickets for just six runs in the last over.

LSG's innings seemed in trouble at 111/5 by the 15th over, but Nicholas Pooran provided a vital boost with a brisk 45 runs off 32 balls, hitting four sixes and two fours. However, his efforts to reach a half-century were thwarted in the final over by Starc, who dismissed him and then Arshad Khan, securing a strong finish for KKR.

KL Rahul, comfortable against the pacers, faced difficulties later in the innings. He managed a six off Andre Russell but then lost his wicket the next ball, caught by Ramandeep Singh at deep midwicket.
