Sunrisers Hyderabad's (SRH) explosive batter Travis Head has surged into contention for the IPL 2024's's Orange Cap. Head blazed with an incredible 89 off just 32 balls against the Delhi Capitals on April 20, following his century and Player of the Match award in the previous game against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). The Australian has displaced Rajasthan Royals' young talent Riyan Parag from the top spot. Meanwhile, Kolkata Knight Riders' all-rounder Sunil Narine has slipped out of the top five rankings. Additionally, Mumbai Indians' captain Rohit Sharma has secured the fourth position with a century to his name. Meanwhile, Lucknow Super Giants' skipper KL Rahul maintains his spot in the top five after his impressive 82 off 53 balls against the Chennai Super Kings on April 19. RCB's superstar batter Virat Kohli continues to lead the orange cap race comfortably. Kohli is expected to retain his position as he gears up to face Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on April 21.
