According to media reports, IPL 2025 is to start from March 22. Earlier, Virat Kohli's Royal Challengers Bangalore chose Rajat Patidar as the new captain. Now out of the 10 franchises of IPL, three teams have chosen the new skipper for the upcoming season. While the announcement of two more new captains is yet to be made.
